How Can severe Stabbing Chest Pain Be Treated?
Good day Dr, I cannot adequately describe this feeling. I light sharp pain in my chest. I notices it yesteday and somehow felt it again this morning. I don t know if it is my mind or not. i have heaviness feeling in my back neck area. I tend to turn my neck several times to easy it out. I do take it to be my long stay before the computer but why the chest pain now.

It might be due to costochondritis. As a first line management, you can try analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
